This is a beautiful copper frying pan.This frying pan is non-stick so you never have to worry about your foods getting ruined by sticking and causing a big mess in the pan.This copper frying pan never needs any oil,Pam,or whatever it is you would use to lubricate the pan to keep things from sticking. You will never have to worry about this pans non stick coming off like some of those non stick pans.I do for warn you to use delicate utensils with it because personally I would not want to scratch it up or cause any harm to the copper non stick coating.This pan can be used on the stove or in the oven.Either one is perfectly safe for this frying pan. This pan is not real heavy but more on the lighter weight side.This frying pan is also dish washer safe which I really love about it.This pan has an easy to grip handle and you do need to be careful when cooking as the handle gets a tad hot when you are cooking.This pan is well made and very reliable.It is a great addition to all of your kitchen ware.
