I am very pleased with the ISA professional flat iron.I could not believe how fast it heated up.It literally heated up in seconds.I love that I can set it to the temperature that works best for me.It glided down my hair with perfect ease.It did not cause any pulling or pinching of my hair.The handle did not get hot and neither did the cord.Just the section that was entitled to get hot. I loved the easy to read led screen.I was able to see what temperature the flat iron was set on.It was very visibly easy to read and understand.I also really love that this flat iron has an automatic hour shut off.I have been known in the past to actually forget and leave a flat iron plugged up.This one automatically cuts off in one hour.This is such a great safety feature.Another thing that I noticed was the plug.It rotates to your movement.Kind of like a swivel.I love that.This helps with keeping the cord from tangling up and eventually leading to cord damage.
